Same Day Shipping

Any orders received before 2pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse the same day.

Delivery Options

To make sure you get your order safely, all our products are sent  by Canada Post or by courier and require a signature.

The shipping time is dependant on the delivery location you are ordering from, and is broken down as follows:

Canada Post/ FedEx Ground:: Regular Parcel to a Canadian address

• Local (Victoria, BC) - 1-2 business days
• Reginal (within BC) - 3-5 business days
• National (Canada) - 4-9 business days

Canada Post: Xpresspost to a Canadian address

• Local (Victoria, BC) - Next day
• Reginal - Next day
• National - 1-2 business days

Courier Service: FedEx (Priority Overnight and First Overnight)

• Shipping times will very on level of service selected. This will be between 1-3 business days.

Shipping Rate

To ensure we keep our shipping rates at the lowest possible cost we have standard rates depending on the total purchased before tax.

Rates to a Canadian address: Shipped by Canada Post or FedEx Ground (order amounts before tax)

The shipping costs are as follows:

• $1.00 - $50.00 : $9.99
• $51.00 - $100.00 : $7.99
• $101.00 - $150.00 : $5.99
• $151.00 and up : Free!

Note: These rates apply to standard orders within Canada. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, International and special orders may have additional charges.

First and foremost you get our no quibble 'have your money back in full if not entirely satisfied' guarantee providing the item is returned to us in mint, we can sell it to someone else, condition.

Second you have your statutory rights - and we'd never mess with those. Plus there is our own manufacturers 24 months warrantee against any defects in materials used or the way it was made.
